2. Your Notice Must Include

3. Incomplete Notices

4. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright infringement claims may result in liability for damages, including legal costs and attorneys' fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
CSPMX maintains a policy for addressing repeat copyright infringement. Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others may have their access suspended or permanently terminated.
